OrderPAD

OrderPAD. Drag and drop ordering, no typing required.

Drop a stack of signed authorization forms and OrderPAD reads them, validates them, creates the orders and returns order numbers — no data entry at all.

Drag and drop ordering with no typing

Drop the signed forms. The orders build themselves.

OrderPAD reads completed authorization forms, validates them, creates the orders and returns order numbers — without a processor keying in a single borrower name.

What it changes

An afternoon of entry becomes one drag.

Repetitive entry disappears

The signed form already holds the data. OrderPAD reads it rather than asking a processor to retype it, which removes both the labour and the transposition errors that come with it.

Problems surface before the IRS sees them

Forms that cannot be read or that fail validation are flagged and held. You see exactly which files need attention, instead of discovering a rejection two days later.

Volume stops being a scheduling problem

A hundred files take the same operator effort as one. For branch teams and closing departments, that is the difference between planning around transcript orders and simply placing them.

A phone photo is genuinely enough

Signed forms come back from borrowers in every imaginable state — scanned crooked, photographed on a desk, faxed twice.
OrderPAD is built for that reality rather than for an ideal PDF.

Questions

OrderPAD questions.

What file types does OrderPAD accept?

PDF, TIFF and image files, including photographs taken on a phone. Multi-page bundles are read and split automatically, so a processor can scan a stack of signed forms in one pass and drop the whole file in.

What happens when a form cannot be read?

It is held for review rather than submitted. The order queue shows it flagged, and our specialists work it — a cut-off signature line, an unreadable scan, a missing tax year. Nothing that fails our readability and validation checks is submitted automatically. Forms needing special attention are held for review instead of silently moving forward.

Does anyone have to key in the borrower details?

No. The taxpayer name, identification number, form type and periods are read from the authorization itself. That is the entire point: the signed form already contains the data, so asking a processor to retype it is duplicated work and a source of errors.

Is there a limit on how many forms at once?

OrderPAD is designed for large batches, and clients routinely submit a full day’s forms at once. Extremely large or sustained-volume workflows can also use Bulk Processing or the API.
